A deposit is important for us to avoid no shows and as soon as we get it you will get a final confirmation from our side. .WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE DESIGN?
Until now Maria never had a customer that does not like the design she made. Maria has a very specific style with a unique signature. As a general rule, the design is shown on the day of the appointment. We reserve enough time to let you review the design before the tattooing session starts and discuss the last details with Maria. Keep in mind that changes should not imply that you can change completely the design. If you choose to tattoo with Maria it means that you like Her style and signature.
.IS THE APPOINTMENT THAT I CONFIRM THE FINAL TATTOO APPOINTMENT?
Yes, the appointment we organize is the appointment in which the tattoo is done. The appointment consists of two parts: the first part in which the artist presents you the sketch talks with you about the project and add the last details. The second part is the tattooing session.
.WHEN DO I SEE THE DESIGN?
As a general rule, the design is shown on the day of the appointment. This means that the appointment consists of two parts: design and tattoo. The artist will show you the design on the date of the appointment and will make any changes to the design directly with you if necessary. This process respects the tattooist's creative freedom and the client is given the opportunity to participate in the creative process. In this way, your tattoo will obtain the best result.

.HOW LONG DOES A TATTOO TAKE TO HEAL?
It takes two weeks to ‘heal’, but it really takes months for the skin to fully regenerate.
Read our TATTOO CARE instruction section.
.HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW TATTOO?
The first three weeks after your tattoo appointment you need to put some cream on your tattoo three times a day to regenerate and hydrate your skin. During this period, take short showers, stay away from the sun, and avoid pools, lakes or other places where you could get an infection. After the first three weeks, continue to take care of your skin normally, and come visit us in the studio after one month so that we can examine your tattoo. For more information check our section ‘BEFORE AND AFTERCARE’.
.CAN I GET A TATTOO IN THE SUMMER?
The healing process of a tattoo takes approximately 3-4 weeks but depending on the type of tattoo and skin type these times can vary. In that period of time, you should not sunbathe directly, swim in sea water or pool as the tattoo could get infected. If you want to get a tattoo in the summer and you have planned a holiday that involves sunbathing, swimming etc, please bear in mind that the appointment should be arranged on the basis of the tattoo's healing time. The healing period of a revision is less. The artist will give you all the indications about the care of the tattoo at the end of the appointment. We also recommend that you check the section "TATTOO CARE" on Alchemist’s Valley website.

. DO YOU RETOUCH TATTOOS MADE BY OTHER ARTISTS?
No, each artist retouches his own tattoos. One month after the tattoo has been done, we recommend that you send us good quality photos of the tattoo from near and far to the studio’s contact email addresses. If the tattoo needs to be touched up according to the tattooist's criteria, an appointment for the retouch will be made within 1-5 months from the date of the tattoo. (In the case of clients residing outside of Germany the deadline may be extended). The first retouch would be free of charge since the price of the tattoo foresees this possible circumstance. Once the above mentioned period has passed, any revision would have an additional economic cost.
. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENT DUE TO THE COVID-19?
Due to the current situation and depending on each city and country, we are very attentive to the measures applied in each province and country. In the event that your appointment cannot be made due to possible outbreaks, border closures, confinement, etc., the deposit will not be lost and will be rescheduled for later when the appointment can be made again.
